The Department comprises of skilled and dedicated faculty Positions with Professors. This, combined with the systematic teaching methodology and syllabus in line with the current technology, has ensured excellent results at both examinations as well as competitive examinations by the students, as demonstrated by the long track record of MIT ranks and an outstanding placement record. In order to fulfill the objective of achieving academic excellence, the department is equipped with all infrastructure viz. Career
Computing professionals might find themselves in a variety of environments in academia, research, industry, government, private and business organizations -- analyzing problems for solutions, formulating and testing, using advanced communications or multi-media equipment, or working in teams for product development. Here's a short list of research and vocational areas in computing.

• Artificial Intelligence -- Develop computers that simulate human learning and reasoning ability.
• Computer Design and Engineering -- Design new computer circuits, microchips, and other electronic components.
• Computer Architecture -- Design new computer instruction sets, and combine electronic or optical components to provide powerful but cost-effective computing.
• Information Technology -- Develop and manage information systems that support a business or organization.
• Software Engineering -- Develop methods for the production of software systems on time, within budget, and with few or no defects.
• Computer Theory -- Investigate the fundamental theories of how computers solve problems, and apply the results to other areas of computer science.
• Operating Systems and Networks -- Develop the basic software computers use to supervise themselves or to communicate with other computers.
• Software Applications -- Apply computing and technology to solving problems outside the computer field - in education or medicine.

• Guest faculties and Executive trainers has been called on to the campus to train students on real time situations like Group Discussion, Interviews, Aptitude test etc
• A 360 degree appraisal method has been implemented successfully to ensure a smooth relationship between faculties and students.
• Institute has taken special initiative to conduct Value Addition Course during vacation as well as during regular course of the college.
• Regular assignments and Improvement tests are conducted for all subjects concerned as a preparatory one before the final examinations.

• Educate the student to know more about Free and Open Source Software’s like Linux and their application
• Encouraging the students to do projects apart from their academic subjects
• Almost all of their practical are done in Linux environment.

Electronics is the revolution we use a numerous products in our daily life they all are developed by electronics engineers. It all involves how we use flow of current, gases semiconductors, or other conducting and non conducting materials. Now Electronics in itself is a vas field but generally it is combined with telecommunications. Telephony is a sunshine sector as telephone provides connectivity and connectivity is heart of everything .Various telecommunication technologies have been developed like radio waves, microwaves, wireless technology etc. The biggest example we can see in our day to day life is the Internet which is now available in very household.

Career
Electronic engineers have a high responsibility and respectable job. Their basic job is to construct or invent new design and technologies or to re fabricate an old technology. Wide variety of departments are there for an electronics engineer like they can even also work in automobile engineer, And communication industry is always hot for them, and mainly they are in to Research and Development, Production, Servicing, and Telecommunication Engineers

Prior to revolution in Information Sciences, Multi National Companies (MNCs) were dominating industry and business spreading their wings across the globe? The emerging areas of bio-informatics, genetic engineering and bioscience have made enormous progress in this sector.

In order to prepare the mechanical engineers of the future to take their places in this profession and to be fully consistent with the published College Mission Statements, the UD Department of Mechanical Engineering has developed an undergraduate program that is both intellectually challenging and broad in scope.
